Used buildings qualify for free delivery up to 50 miles from their current location, $5/mile thereafter.  Taxes are not included in sales price.

All rent-to-own pricing includes basic RTO Assurance coverage.  

A security deposit or down payment is required on all rent-to-own buildings.
